Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a registered nurse for the Observation Unit-1W in Phoenix, AZ. The RN will follow ANA standards, document patient data, administer meds and IV therapies, and lead care plans in a family-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ANA standards and nursing ethics.
• Ability to develop and revise care plans.
• Ability to administer medications and IV therapy.
• Ability to educate patients and families.

Responsibilities
