Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN for the Night shift in the Observation Unit-1W (John C Lincoln area, Phoenix). The RN will assess patients, administer medications, and coordinate care with the health care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

A sign-on bonus up to $10K is available. The role requires strong nursing knowledge, adherence to ANA standards, and commitment to patient education and family involvement in care.

Qualifications

• Complete BSN within 60 months of hire or have 5+ years of Registered Nurse experience
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing are required
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop a patient-focused care plan.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver care.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as ordered.
• Evaluate patient progress and document care and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on post-care needs and home care.

Education

BSN within 60 months of hire

Associates or Diploma in Nursing

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
