Job summary

Cisco Systems, through its Splunk AppDynamics unit, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of observability capabilities for enterprise customers. The role is hybrid with one day per week at Cisco's San Jose or San Francisco offices.

You will partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to translate customer insights into prioritized requirements and drive launches from discovery to adoption, blending technical acumen with business judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field.
• 7+ years PM delivering technical infra, cloud services, or enterprise SaaS.
• 3+ years shipping substantial features from concept to launch.
• Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, cloud platforms, Java/.NET, SAP, databases, and hybrid architectures.
• Experience with enterprise apps, distributed systems, and modern SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AppDynamics capabilities.
• Engage with customers, partners, and GTM teams to identify needs and opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, design, architecture, and PM to deliver scalable products from discovery to launch.
• Advance integrated experiences across Splunk and Cisco technologies.
• Support product positioning, field enablement, and industry engagement while monitoring trends.
