Job summary

Chronosphere, a Palo Alto Networks company, seeks a Senior Product Manager to bridge customer needs and engineering deliverables in a deeply technical observability platform. You’ll own roadmap direction, build feedback loops, and lead a team across product, engineering, and GTM to deliver high-impact features.

You will drive messaging, measure success metrics, and collaborate on pricing and positioning for AI-enabled observability solutions. This is a remote role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager on a B2B cloud-native product.
• Experience building and operating SaaS products and knowledge of cloud platforms.
• Track record delivering software with agile processes and fast feedback loops.
• Experience leveraging GenAI to improve customer outcomes and PM productivity.
• Experience working with customers and prospects.
• Ability to turn customer research into a coherent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of product areas, defining problem statements and PRDs.
• Lead roadmaps, scrum events, and align cross-functional teams to priorities.
• Collaborate with GTM to position and message products effectively.
• Drive adoption, measure success, and refine pricing when needed.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.
• Partner with UX and engineering to deliver delightful features.
