Selector Software is building an AI/ML-based observability platform for large enterprises and service providers. The Product Manager will work with customers to translate real-world pain points into enterprise-class capabilities across networks, cloud, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has hands-on product experience in modern observability or monitoring platforms, with deep exposure to network, infrastructure and cloud monitoring domains.

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience in infrastructure monitoring, observability, APM, or IT operations software.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and network domains, including routing protocols/switching, cloud, virtualization and containers, and telemetry.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with enterprise customers' engineering, NOC, SREs, and IT operations to understand workflows, pain points, and success metrics for networks the customers operate.
• Drive the product roadmap to embed Selector solutions into day-to-day operational procedures and improve MTTR and alert fidelity.
• Define differentiated product capabilities to address cloud, infrastructure and network environments across the customer base.
• Prioritize competing requirements balancing customer needs, Selector goals, and AI/ML trends to stay at the cutting edge of adoption.
• Analyze competitive products to identify gaps, strengths, and differentiation opportunities.
• Partner with sales and customer success to support solution positioning, demos, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Write clear PRDs focusing on ingesting specific customer data and delivering operational outcomes and metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and UX to deliver features meeting customer expectations; ensure AI features are explainable and trustworthy.
• Partner with marketing on messaging, positioning, and launches of new features.
• Enable internal teams with product documentation, training materials, competitive narratives, and customer-facing artifacts.
