Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States (Minnesota) seeks an engineering delivery leader to onboard and operationalize Jellyfish, enabling end-to-end visibility of delivery lifecycle. You will track productivity metrics, bottlenecks, and throughput while integrating with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Jira.

The role requires collaboration with AI DLC and Observability teams, plus scaling the tool ecosystem for governance and leadership reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
Experience with Jellyfish or similar engineering intelligence platforms.
Experience integrating SDLC tools with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira.
Ability to design dashboards for leadership and governance.
Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding, configuration, and operationalization of Jellyfish; provide visibility into delivery lifecycle.
Enable tracking of productivity, throughput, cycle time, bottlenecks; integrate with ADO, GitHub, and Jira; design dashboards for leadership and governance.
Collaborate with AI DLC and App Ops/Observability teams; support tool ecosystem scaling.
