Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States (Minnesota) seeks an engineering delivery leader to onboard and operationalize Jellyfish, enabling end-to-end visibility of delivery lifecycle. You will track productivity metrics, bottlenecks, and throughput while integrating with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Jira.

The role requires collaboration with AI DLC and Observability teams, plus scaling the tool ecosystem for governance and leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
• Experience with Jellyfish or similar engineering intelligence platforms.
• Experience integrating SDLC tools with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira.
• Ability to design dashboards for leadership and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, configuration, and operationalization of Jellyfish; provide visibility into delivery lifecycle.
• Enable tracking of productivity, throughput, cycle time, bottlenecks; integrate with ADO, GitHub, and Jira; design dashboards for leadership and governance.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Jellyfish or similar engineering intelligence platforms; SDLC tools integration with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira; Agile delivery metrics; software engineering lifecycle; reporting dashboards and analytics frameworks; stakeholder management; AI/ML DLC and observability preferred.

Salary Range

$142,000 -$150,000 year
