Job summary

CitiusTech is seeking an experienced AI Analytics Lead to drive the strategy, implementation, and adoption of enterprise AI engineering platforms. You will lead initiatives around Jellyfish, Amplitude, and engineering productivity tools to enable data-driven engineering excellence across the organization.

Location options include Irving, TX, Chicago, IL, or Edina, MN with a Hybrid mode (3 days in the office).

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in AI, analytics, or engineering productivity platforms.
• Hands-on with Jellyfish and Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience with API integrations, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, and engineering analytics.
• Proven ability to drive platform adoption and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI tooling strategy and roadmap for engineering productivity.
• Lead implementation, integration, administration, and rollout of Jellyfish, Amplitude and related platforms.
• Build integrations with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow, and Azure.
• Develop onboarding frameworks, automation playbooks, and self-service capabilities.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI analytics to drive decision making.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and licensing for operational excellence.

We are seeking an experienced AI Analytics Lead to drive the strategy, implementation, adoption, and optimisation of enterprise AI engineering platforms. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives around Jellyfish, Amplitude, and Engineering Productivity tools, enabling data-driven engineering excellence across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI Tooling Strategy & Roadmap for engineering productivity and AI platform ecosystems.
• Lead implementation, integration, administration, and enterprise rollout of Jellyfish, Amplitude, and other AI engineering platforms.
• Build and optimize integrations with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure, and enterprise systems.
• Develop onboarding frameworks, automation playbooks, and self-service capabilities to accelerate adoption.
• Create executive dashboards, engineering KPIs, utilization analytics, and ROI reporting to drive decision-making.
• Monitor platform health, performance, scalability, licensing, and operational excellence.
• Partner with AI Engineering, AI Automation, AI QE, AI AppOps, Security, Cloud, Architecture, and Product teams to continuously improve engineering productivity and AI governance.

Required Experience

• Strong experience implementing and supporting enterprise software and engineering productivity platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Jellyfish, Amplitude, or similar analytics/productivity platforms.
• Experience with API integrations, automation, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, and engineering analytics.
• Proven ability to drive platform adoption, stakeholder management, and engineering enablement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, consulting, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
