Kelly Services busca un Obrero/a para Salinas, Puerto Rico. El candidato trabajará en turnos, levantando y moviendo materiales, cargando y descargando vehículos y realizando tareas agrícolas como siembra, cosecha y colocación de estacas. Se ofrece salario por hora según turno: 11.50, 11.74 y 11.95 USD. Debe estar disponible para fines de semana y feriados; podría haber horas extras.

Responsibilities

• Levantar, mover y cargar materiales y equipos.
• Cargar y descargar vehículos.
• Realizar tareas agrícolas como siembra, polinización, cosecha, espigeo y colocación de estacas y rowbands.
• Caminar entre hileras de maíz y soya.
• Trabajar con semillas tratadas usando equipo de protección.
• Operar herramientas y maquinaria.
• Realizar mantenimiento exterior, como cortar césped, desyerbar, podar y limpiar ventanas.
• Trabajar bajo el sol, calor, polvo y superficies irregulares.

Tarifa de pago:

• 1er turno: $11.50 por hora
• 2do turno: $11.74 por hora
• 3er turno: $11.95 por hora

Disponibilidad:

Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar todos los turnos, fines de semana y días feriados. Podrían requerirse horas adicionales.

Requisitos:

• Diploma de escuela superior
• Conocimiento en el uso de teléfonos inteligentes
• Dominio básico de operaciones matemáticas
• Experiencia o habilidad en mantenimiento, construcción y trabajo en alturas
• Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico y permanecer de pie por largos períodos

Responsabilidades principales:

• Levantar, mover y cargar materiales y equipos
• Cargar y descargar vehículos
• Realizar tareas agrícolas como siembra, polinización, cosecha, espigeo y colocación de estacas y “rowbands”
• Caminar a lo largo de hileras de maíz y soya
• Trabajar con semillas tratadas utilizando equipo de protección
• Operar herramientas y maquinaria
• Realizar mantenimiento exterior, incluyendo cortar césped, desyerbar, podar y limpiar ventanas
• Trabajar bajo el sol, calor, polvo y sobre superficies irregulares

El puesto requiere:

• Capacidad para cargar hasta aproximadamente 40 libras
• Doblarse, agacharse, caminar y trabajar en posiciones ergonómicas variadas
• Realizar movimientos repetitivos de manos, brazos y hombros
• Mantener las manos sobre los hombros por períodos prolongados
• Trabajar en ambientes con maquinaria ruidosa y exposición excesiva al polvo
