Kelly Services busca un Trabajador/a de Labor General en Aibonito, Puerto Rico. El puesto implica realizar labores agrícolas y de mantenimiento, mayormente al aire libre, con turnos cubiertos y disponibilidad para fines de semana y feriados.

Se exige diploma de secundaria y experiencia en mantenimiento de edificios o limpieza de áreas altas. Se requiere capacidad para levantar sacos de aproximadamente 40 lb y trabajar bajo condiciones climáticas desafiantes.

• Destrezas en mantenimiento, construcción y trabajo en alturas.

Responsibilities

• Realizar labores agrícolas y manuales, incluyendo caminar por hileras de maíz o soya, sembrar y cosechar, polinizar, colocar estacas y bandas, limpiar y desgranar cultivos.
• Trabajar mayormente al aire libre, caminar en terreno irregular, soportar calor o climas severos, permanecer de pie largos periodos y levantar sacos de ~40 lb.
• Exposición a polvo y maquinaria ruidosa, con posible trabajo >40 horas semanales.

Kelly Services busca personal para la posición de Laborer (Trabajador/a de Labor General).

Pago por hora según el turno:

• 1.er turno: $11.50 por hora
• 2.º turno: $11.74 por hora
• 3.er turno: $11.95 por hora

Disponibilidad para trabajar todos los turnos, fines de semana y días feriados.

Responsabilidades

Realizar labores agrícolas y manuales, incluyendo caminar por hileras de maíz o soya, sembrar y cosechar, polinizar, colocar estacas y bandas, limpiar y desgranar cultivos, y cargar materiales o sacos de cosecha.

El trabajo se realiza mayormente al aire libre y puede requerir caminar sobre terreno irregular, trabajar bajo calor o condiciones climáticas severas, permanecer de pie por períodos prolongados, hacer movimientos repetitivos y levantar sacos de aproximadamente 40 lb . Algunas tareas pueden incluir exposición a polvo y maquinaria ruidosa, además de trabajar más de 40 horas semanales.

Requisitos

• Diploma de escuela superior.
• Experiencia previa en mantenimiento de edificios y limpieza exterior de áreas altas.
• Destrezas en mantenimiento, construcción y trabajo en alturas.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar todos los turnos, fines de semana y días feriados.
