Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Secretarial Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Outlook is expected.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures for OBGYN Associates physicians, including elective, urgent, robotic, and non-robotic surgeries.
• Manage physician OR block schedules and maximize utilization; release unused blocks and secure additional OR time as needed.
• Coordinate surgical assistant coverage and related case requirements.
• Serve as a resource for physicians and staff on schedules, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Communicate all schedule changes to physicians, OR personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Use scheduling software and electronic systems to document surgical cases.
