Qualifications

• Five to ten years minimum experience in healthcare operations with emphasis on physician practice operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Manager experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally.
• Strong workflow analysis and business process integration skills.
• Ability to think systemically and understand the implications of policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the FGP OBGYN management team to optimize front end operations and implement consistent standards.
• Manage daily front-end operations including customer service and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee staffing for MFM and Ultrasound; recruit, train, and assess performance.
• Establish office procedures and assign responsibilities; ensure cross-training and coverage.
• Track and monitor performance metrics; review schedules, attendance, and workload.
• Assist in implementing new technology to physician practices and collaborate with IT/vendors.
• Oversee revenue cycle processes; monitor charge submissions, denials, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with departments to improve patient satisfaction and compliance with practice standards.
• Maintain accurate records, generate daily statistics, and prepare monthly reports.
