Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group seeks a proactive Practice Manager to oversee clinical and administrative aspects of multiple practices, including profitability, revenue goals, and CORE metrics. You will drive patient access, quality care, staff satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

The role includes recruitment, scheduling oversight, and implementing process improvements while ensuring compliant documentation, audits, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–2+ years’ relevant work experience.
• Practice Management Certification or similar credentials preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a medical office leadership role or equivalent; direct supervision of non-exempt staff is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs internal practice operations; creates benchmarks, tracks and reports progress.
• Researches process improvements and implements changes.
• Collaborates with SMD, providers and management to develop vision and CORE Work plan.
• Suggests improvements to processes and customer experience.
• Aids recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and coaching of staff.
• Manages scheduling, time and attendance for staff.
• Evaluates staff performance and handles promotions/discipline.
• Ensures physician documentation and coding audit program is maintained.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and disease management programs.
