Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an MD or DO license in the state served and be board eligible or board certified.
• DEA license (federal) required / or eligible and upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients per approved protocols and standards.
• Provide medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Interpret diagnostic information and formulate an appropriate plan of care.
• Provide quality patient care with safety and aseptic practices.
• Recognize and address safety factors in patient care and environment.
• Understand, apply, and support practice policies and standards.
• Meet regularly with the care team for consultation and referrals as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and information.

Education

Medical Doctor - Board of Medicine Licensed

Doctor of Osteopathy - Board of Medicine Licensed

Federal Drug Enforcement Admin license
