Qualifications

• 1–3 years of medical assistant experience preferred.
• Current state RMA or CMA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments as needed.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and other patient information.
• Prepare patients for exams, procedures, and diagnostic tests.
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, specimen collection, and screenings.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
• Provide patient education, instructions, and guidance as directed by providers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
