Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Three years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical role.
• Two years leadership/management experience preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice; licensure in applicable states if telephonically serving patients.
• BLS certification required; ongoing competency maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for nursing staff and nursing activities in assigned department.
• Oversee scheduling of nursing staff and manage productivity levels.
• Support training and development of current staff and onboarding of new staff.
• Implement performance improvement policies and participate in budget and inventory processes.
