Job summary

Northland Health Centers is seeking a full-time, onsite Nursing Manager to lead nursing operations across our clinic sites in North Dakota. The role focuses on aligning teams, ensuring coverage, and delivering consistently high patient care.

You will oversee staff, schedules, onboarding, and QA/QI collaboration. The position requires an RN license in North Dakota, a BS in Nursing, and at least two years of nursing experience, with some travel expected.

• BS in Nursing required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff across all clinic locations and ensure assigned duties are completed.
• Build and maintain nursing schedules, including coordination for required travel.
• Train and onboard new nursing staff with essential, role-specific instruction.
• Partner with QA/QI to support clinic quality measures and help improve procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and administration.
