Job summary

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, seeks an RN Manager to oversee four OBGYN clinics in the Fargo-Moorhead area. The role features a daytime schedule with 40 hours per week, no evening or weekend clinic hours, and a focus on patient-centered care.

You will lead nursing staff, coordinate multi-clinic operations, and collaborate with providers and administrative staff to support reproductive and gynecologic services across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• For Rural Health Network facilities only, leadership may waive bachelor's degree with plan to achieve within five years; requires Nursing Executive approval.
• At least three years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical role; two years leadership/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for nursing staff and activities in assigned department.
• Oversee scheduling of nursing staff and maintain productivity.
• Support patient care, record keeping, and personnel issues; ensure mission and goals are met.
• Develop staff through training, collaboration, and adherence to policies.
