Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• 7–9 years of clinical OB/GYN experience required.
• 4–6 years of leadership experience preferred.
• New York State RN license required; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of standardized clinical and administrative workflows across OB/GYN sites.
• Oversee end-to-end panel management for NPs and CNMs to balance care load.
• Monitor patient experience data and drive sustained satisfaction improvements.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and certification activities are managed.
• Drive program growth and staff development across the department.
