Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative seeks an experienced physician leader to manage physicians at the home location, oversee clinical workflows, and drive quality and operational reporting. The role requires coordinating physician activities, ensuring timely follow-up and adherence to duties, and guiding education within the practice.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years’ attending physician leadership experience in ambulatory care.

• 2+ years’ experience as an attending physician with leadership or management skills in ambulatory care.

Mansioni

• Chair and organize monthly meetings with physicians.
• Monitor quality and appropriateness of medical care delivered by physicians (chart reviews, quality and operational reports).
• Lead implementation of clinical workflows and standardization impacting physician work.
• Present operational and quality reports to physician staff.
• Ensure physicians meet professional duties (follow up, timeliness).
• Manage physician schedules with site administrator support.
• Support physician education.
