Job summary

Providence Oregon Clinical Programs is seeking a Clinic Manager 1 to provide leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality clinic operations. You will guide staff to deliver timely patient care while addressing physical, psychological, and spiritual needs and ensure adherence to clinical policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare or 4 years of healthcare experience with 1 year managing staff.
• 1 year of Clinic Management experience.
• 1 year of experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of the clinic.
• Ensures strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience.
• Leads staff to ensure patient care services are provided in a timely manner which are sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Ensures compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
• Participates in PMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested.
