Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Business and/or Healthcare related or 6 years clinic operations experience which includes 2 years' experience as Associate Clinic Manager.
• 3 years - Clinic operations and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing leadership for development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics.
• Leads staff to ensure patient care services are provided in a timely manner and are sensitive to patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs; ensures compliance with clinical policies and procedures; participates in PCN-wide projects as requested.
