Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years healthcare/job-related experience required.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience or equivalent supervisory/project-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for development and implementation of management and patient care systems across multiple clinics.
• Ensure cost-effective and high-quality operations with timely patient care.
• Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in PCN-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested.
