Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Healthcare related field or 6 years clinic operations experience including 2 years as Associate Clinic Manager.
• 3 years - Clinic operations and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems.
• Ensures cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics.
• Leads staff to deliver timely patient care while addressing patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Ensures compliance with clinical policies and procedures and participates in PCN-wide projects.
