Job summary

Providence Medical Group South is seeking a Manager of Clinic Operations to lead development and implementation of management and patient care systems across multiple clinics, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality operations and an optimal patient experience.

The role directs staff to deliver timely, compassionate care while complying with clinical policies. You will participate in PCN-wide projects and committees as requested to advance our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Healthcare related field or 6 years clinic operations experience including 2 years as Associate Clinic Manager.
• 3 years of clinic operations and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement management and patient care systems to ensure cost-effective, high-quality operations across multiple clinics.
• Strategically integrate care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience.
• Lead staff to ensure timely patient care services sensitive to patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in PCN-wide special projects, committees, or task forces as requested.
