Providence Newberg Clinic is seeking a Manager Clinic Operations to lead development and implementation of care systems across multiple clinics in Oregon. You will guide staff to ensure timely, compassionate patient care aligned with clinical policies and the PCN mission.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare or 6 years healthcare experience and at least 4 years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Healthcare related or 6 years healthcare or job related experience.
• 4 years of Leadership experience, which can be met with direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience, or other related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to ensure timely patient care services sensitive to patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in PCN-wide projects, committees or task forces.
