Job summary

The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager for the OBGYN North Clinic in Northeast Portland. You will lead administrative teams, coordinate front desk, scheduling, and revenue cycle activities, and partner with physicians and clinicians to deliver patient-centered care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience, 5+ years in medical offices, prior management experience, and Epic EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent management experience.
• Minimum of five years of medical office experience.
• At least five years in a managerial role; OB/GYN experience is a plus.
• Epic EMR experience as a manager is required.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle processes is preferred.
• Strong multitasking, attendance, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a working manager, providing leadership and professional example.
• Manages department administrative duties and liaises with patients, staff, physicians.
• Assists Director with budgeting, reporting, and initiative implementation.
• Supervise front desk, scheduling, and financial counseling teams.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager to support the clinic.
• Other duties as assigned.
