Amgen is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for Obesity in the Columbia, SC area. The role focuses on peer-to-peer scientific exchange with Opinion Leaders and PHDMs to advance the obesity program and Amgen’s strategic goals.

The MSL will interact with investigators, support sponsored and non-sponsored research, and contribute to congress activities while maintaining compliance and scientific acumen across cardiometabolic conditions.

Competenze

• Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 3 years of Medical Affairs experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Medical Affairs experience.
• Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D. or D.O. preferred; other doctoral degrees considered.
• 1+ years Medical Affairs experience; 4+ years in a medically related field including clinical practice/research.
• Cardiometabolic and/or Obesity expertise; experience with designated territory.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and healthcare providers.
• Discuss and advance the obesity scientific platform aligned with Amgen goals.
• Engage with investigators and PHDMs to communicate clinical data and economic data.
