TriHealth is seeking an OB Technician for Labor & Delivery at McCullough-Hyde Hospital in Oxford, OH. This full-time night shift role supports obstetric patients and collaborates with the L&D team to ensure quality care.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and preferably prior OB Tech and L&D experience. Night shifts include a 7:00pm–7:30am schedule and rotating weekends/holidays.

High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Previous OB Tech experience strongly preferred
Previous L&D experience strongly preferred
Communicates professionally with team members/customers related to patient care situations
Demonstrates competent performance for the position and knowledge of the unit through understanding of policies/ unit goals/ organizational goals.
Maintains a safe environment for self, patients, team members
Participates in unit based quality initiatives
Pursues educational opportunities related to field of expertise thru internal and external training opportunities
Works closely with team members to assure that needs of the unit/patient/customers are met
