Job summary

Mercy Southeast - Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking an OB Technician for full-time night shifts, including holidays and weekends. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Surgical Technology experience required at hire or after unit-based competency.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and clerical support for OB patients as part of the nursing team.
• Support ADLs for newborns, obstetrical, and postpartum patients.
• Assist with phlebotomy, specimen transport, birth certificate entries, and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism and teamwork; perform duties safely and in line with Mercy standards.
