Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year experience as a Nursing Assistant is required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire is required.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control is important.
• Ability to assist with surgical procedures and patient care tasks is expected.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
