TriHealth's Bethesda North Hospital seeks a Part Time Day Shift OB Surgical Tech to support the Labor and Delivery Unit, assisting surgeons, anesthesia staff, and nurses during procedures, and helping maintain sterile technique.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, OB Surgical Tech experience, and BLS certification; weekend and holiday rotations apply, with a 48-hour bi-weekly schedule from 7am to 7:30pm.

Formación

• High School Degree or GED
• OB Surgical Tech Experience - Required
• Perinatal: PCA class and OB OR classes preferred
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS)

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates competent performance for the position and knowledge of the unit through understanding of policies/ unit goals/ organizational goals
• Pursues educational opportunities related to field of expertise thru internal and external training opportunities
• Communicates professionally with team members/customers related to patient care situations
• Works closely with team members to assure that needs of the unit/patient/customers are met
• Participates in unit based quality initiatives
• Maintains a safe environment for self, patients, team members
