Carson Tahoe Health in Carson City, NV, is hiring for a Full Time Night Shift OB Technologist in the Women’s Services Unit. The role provides leadership to OB Technicians and supports the Women’s and Children’s Center through clerical duties, patient care, and surgical scrub responsibilities.

Requirements include BLS for healthcare providers, NRP certification, and NBSTSA CST or CSFA credentials, or completion of an accredited surgical technologist program.

Qualificações

• BLS for healthcare providers is required
• NRP Certification is required
• NBSTSA CST or CSFA credentials or completion of accredited surgical technologist training
• If not certified after 01/01/2018, must complete at least 15 hours annually of OB-related CE
• Maintenance of records with Human Resources for CE

Responsabilidades

• Leads OB Technicians and supports the Women’s Services Unit through clerical, patient care and surgical scrub duties
• Ensures competency of OB Techs to perform hearing screenings
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment in OB and OR
• Assists care team pre- and post-delivery as needed
