CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with the health care team to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients. You will promote best practices in nursing through compassionate care and adherence to standards and the Nurse Practice Act.

You will participate in the Enterprise Resource Pool, supporting flexibility and growth across Mountain Region facilities, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires and opportunities to float to multiple units

Competenze

• RN license in state of employment.
• Two (2) years RN experience in a clinical setting.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Mansioni

• Assess patient physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Evaluate patient response and intervene to optimize outcomes; develop plan of care.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, meds administration, catheterization, specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient charts; document status and outcomes.
• Promote patient safety and advocate for patient rights.
• Provide patient/family education based on learning needs and effectiveness.
