CommonSpirit Health in Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Enterprise Pool, providing compassionate, high-quality patient care across units. You'll collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, following state nursing standards and our mission-driven care.

This role may float to multiple facilities within designated markets; you may qualify for sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 and shift differentials.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree in Nursing; RN license in state of employment.
• Two years RN experience in hospital setting.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care and outcomes using electronic health records.
• Perform IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Educate patients and families; promote health and safety.
• Advocate for patient rights and safety.
