Job summary

This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $24,000 in student loan assistance, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within our health system.

Qualifications

• RN license and 2+ years acute care experience
• ACLS and BLS required
• Telemetry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conducts care assessments and interprets assessment data to determine care needs.
• Completes system-based and hospital competencies.
• Maintains accurate documentation of observations, treatments, teaching, medications, and patient responses.
• Evaluates, plans, directs and administers care with patients and families, following standards and policies.
• Knowledge of medications and safe, accurate administration.
• Delegates and supervises routine technical functions to staff as appropriate
