Qualifications

Graduate of an RN nursing program.
Current Nebraska RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 5 months after hire.

Responsibilities

Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement and evaluate.
Assess and analyze healthcare consumer data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural and other factors.
Plan measurable short- and long-term goals with the patient and multidisciplinary team.
Implement and modify the care plan with clinical reasoning and appropriate delegation.
Evaluate progress and revise the plan with the patient and team.
Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient record.
