Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY is seeking a dedicated Obstetrics RN to provide exceptional care to women and newborns in a team-based environment.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage care across pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and use EPIC EHR. Minimum one year OB/ER/CC experience preferred; RN licensure required; BLS/ACLS/NRP as noted; competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• ACLS and/or NRP certifications preferred; BLS required or preferred depending on hire.
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification - optional/preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide obstetric/gynecologic inpatient and outpatient nursing care across pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
• Administer medications safely per policy and state practice.
• Develop and implement patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Deliver a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and families.
• Adhere to EPIC Electronic Health Record processes and documentation.
