Group CBS in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated RN for the Labor and Delivery unit to promote quality patient care throughout labor, delivery and recovery.

The RN will conduct vital signs, start IVs, perform vaginal exams, manage pain, and document in McKesson/OB Trace Vue. Strong knowledge of fetal monitoring and adherence to obstetric protocols is essential.

Adherence to Studer Group practices and effective bedside handoffs are emphasized, with commitment to teamwork and patient education.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Kentucky RN license with NRP/BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical experience.
• Knowledge of EFM and labor/delivery protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Admit and care for laboring patients through delivery and recovery.
• Record vital signs, start IVs, perform vaginal exams and manage pain.
• Interpret fetal monitoring strips and notify physicians promptly.
• Document in McKesson/OB Trace Vue and ensure chart accuracy.
• Adhere to policies, infection control and safe medication administration.
• Coordinate hand-offs and maintain patient confidentiality.
