Mercy Health's Lourdes Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse in Obstetrics to provide evidence-based care for women and newborns. The role emphasizes collaboration with the care team, nursing process application, and patient education across pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and neonatal care.

The position requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS flexibility, and demonstrated leadership in fast-paced obstetric settings, with opportunities for professional development and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state.
• BLS certification preferred; ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS.
• NRP certification preferred within 3 months of hire.
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide obstetrical/women's health care for inpatients and outpatients.
• Apply the nursing process through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and neonatal care.
• Deliver care to women of all ages requiring triage, assessment and education.
• Administer medications safely per policy and procedure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
