Mercy Hospital's Love Family Women's Center seeks an experienced nurse leader to support the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, high-quality care in the Labor & Birth unit. You will help manage staffing, resources, and departmental goals while ensuring excellent patient experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with physicians, and adherence to regulatory and quality standards. BSN preferred; current state RN license required, with BLS/ACLS/PALS due within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• BLS/ACLS/PALS required within 90 days of hire
• Current RN license in the state of practice

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality care and meeting productivity/financial goals
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and staff in Labor & Birth
