Job summary

Mercy Health's Lourdes Hospital is seeking an Obstetrics RN to deliver exceptional maternity care. This role focuses on patient-centered obstetric nursing across pregnancy, birth, and postpartum stages within a supportive team environment.

The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, administer medications safely, and develop care plans to optimize outcomes in both inpatient and outpatient settings. A current RN license and relevant certifications are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire) and ACLS/NRP certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Provides OB/Women's Health nursing care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Applies the nursing process for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, gynecologic and neonatal care
• Delivers medications safely in accordance with policies
• Addresses care for women of all ages including diverse identities and family structures
