Job summary

Ridgeview Medical Center seeks aRegistered Nurse to deliver individualized patient care through comprehensive nursing processes. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within Ridgeview standards, state laws, and ANA practice guidelines.

Responsibilities include clinical care, patient education, documentation, advocacy, and collaboration with health care teams to ensure quality outcomes. Requires Minnesota RN licensure and BLS/NRP/STABLE certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Provide nursing care.

• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Advocate for patients and coordinate with community resources.
• Interact with peers and other healthcare providers to enhance nursing practice.
• Demonstrate competency in the specialty area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
