Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR is seeking an Ultrasound Tech for per diem/day shift. You will perform ultrasound examinations per physicians' orders, using advanced equipment and adjusting for each patient’s unique needs.

Strong candidates will be ARDMS eligible, with OB/GYN experience supported by appropriate Oregon licensing as required. Join a patient‑focused team within a major health system that values growth, collaboration, and high‑quality imaging.

Formación

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Board eligible for certification at ARDMS.
• Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer or
• Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer Temporary.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from ARDMS.
• Upon hire: New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARDMS) within 6 months of hire.
• Upon hire: New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated ultrasound equipment.
• Taking into account individual patient's special or age-related needs.

Conocimientos

Clinical ultrasound experience

OB/GYN sonography

Educación

ARDMS board eligible

Oregon Sonographer license (Temporary)

Oregon Sonographer license

BLS - American Heart Association

ARDMS certification within 6 months

OBMI temporary license
