Job summary

Team Member Services is seeking an ultrasound technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic exams in Castle Rock, CO. You will verify patient history, maintain EMR/PACS data, and educate patients about the procedure while ensuring comfort and privacy.

The role requires knowledge of ultrasound physics, anatomy, and Doppler techniques, with strong patient care and teamwork to support radiologists and other staff.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of ultrasound physics.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional and vascular anatomy and Doppler techniques.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Must possess patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to read/write/speak conversational English; additional languages preferred.
• Learn and use Radiology software and PACS applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams per orders and protocols.
• Verify patient identity and exam appropriateness and obtain clinical history prior to scanning.
• Maintain EMR and PACS documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort, privacy, and cooperation.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and adjust protocols for all ages.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers for appropriate imaging.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and equipment safely maintained.
