AdventHealth in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a part-time Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist. You will perform high-quality ultrasound exams, verify patient information, and optimize imaging while ensuring patient comfort and privacy throughout the procedure.

The role requires ARDMS/ARRT eligibility with an Associate degree and strong knowledge of ultrasound physics and vascular Doppler techniques. Proficiency in EMR/PACS and excellent communication are essential.

Formación

• Clinical ultrasound exams performed per orders and protocols.
• Knowledge of ultrasound physics and anatomy for Radiologist standards.
• Proficient in patient history checks and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Performs high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams as ordered.
• Verifies patient identity, history, and exam appropriateness prior to scanning.
• Positions patients and optimizes images and waveforms.
• Documents findings in EMR/PACS accurately and timely.
• Explains procedures to patients, ensuring comfort and privacy.
