Job summary

Bronson OBGYN in Kalamazoo is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. You will perform general nursing duties under the provider's direction, including vitals, history taking, and patient education.

Responsibilities include charting, phone triage, assisting with procedures, coordinating tests and referrals, and ensuring documentation quality. Michigan RN license and BLS are required, with 6–12 months healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Michigan in good standing; BLS certification required
• Nursing degree (Diploma, ADN or BSN) required or in progress
• 6–12 months healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care under provider direction in a Bronson OBGYN practice
• Record vital signs and conduct initial patient assessments; obtain concise histories
• Post information to patient charts and educate patients and families about medications and care
• Triage patient calls to determine urgency and need for appointments
• Assist in minor and emergency procedures and coordinate tests and referrals
• Maintain documentation standards and participate in quality improvement activities
