Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting an established private women’s health practice in Los Angeles, California to recruit a BE/BC OB/GYN to join its growing team. The schedule features 4 to 4.5 clinical days per week with admin time, Monday–Friday 7 AM–4 PM, a light 1:3 call, and about 25 deliveries per month, supported by two OB/GYNs and NP staff.

Compensation includes base salary with earning potential over $400K, a full benefits package, malpractice coverage, and potential partnership; W2

• Be/BC OB/GYN with board-certified or board-eligible status.
• Join a private women's health practice with an established patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care including deliveries and routine obstetric/surgical duties within a hospital-supported setting.
• Collaborate with NP staff and fellow physicians to manage patient care.

Job description

An established private women's health practice in Los Angeles, California is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join its growing team.

The Position:

• 4 to 4.5 clinical days per week with dedicated administrative time
• Monday-Friday schedule with typical clinic hours of 7 AM-4 PM
• Light 1:3 call rotation with the addition of the incoming physician
• Approximately 25 deliveries per month across the entire group
• Manageable call volume, typically 1-5 deliveries on a call day
• General OB/GYN with an established patient population
• Join 2 OB/GYN physicians with experienced NP support
• APP handles routine follow-ups, annual exams, initial workups, and other general women's health visits
• Established hospital relationship for deliveries and surgical cases
