Job summary

HealthYes Talent Partners is recruiting a full-time OB/GYN physician for a California community health organization in the South Bay Area. The outpatient role offers a salary of $250,000-$280,000, H-1B visa consideration, and an extensive benefits package.

The physician will join a multidisciplinary team delivering prenatal, postpartum, gynecologic, preventive, and reproductive care to a diverse patient population, with occasional evening/weekend scheduling and travel between nearby locations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology completed and board eligible or certified.
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up visits.
• Deliver prenatal, postpartum, preventive, and routine gynecologic services.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.
• Order labs, imaging, and referrals; maintain EMR accuracy.
• Collaborate with the care team and supervise APPs; participate in QA.
