Inova OBGYN in Northern Virginia is hiring an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a full-time day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. This role supports outpatient clinic operations and patient care in a busy obstetrics and gynecology practice.

The RN will perform intakes, med reconciliations, vaccinations, injections, and phlebotomy while prioritizing safe, holistic care and patient education. Strong teamwork and clinical decision-making are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN required; ADN with BSN within 5 years acceptable.
• Licensure: RN licensed or eligible to practice in Virginia.
• Experience: 0 years of RN clinical experience.
• Certification: BLS from American Heart Association.
• Preferred: 1–2 years RN experience in Labor & Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties in outpatient clinic operations.
• Conducts full patient intakes and med reconciliation.
• Administers vaccinations/injections and phlebotomy.
• Delivers safe, holistic care and patient education in a physician practice.
• Provides guidance and supports team to ensure productive care delivery.
